Vaccination Information

We know people aged over 70 are at greater risk of serious illness from COVID-19. We are deeply grateful to each and every one of you who has rolled up your sleeve to get vaccinated.

That is our pathway forward, to a better future.

Information about Covid-19 vaccination can be found here: https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/health-and-wellbeing/covid-19-vaccination-nsw

Or the National Coronavirus COVID-19 Vaccine Helpline – 1800 020 080 (24-hour helpline)

Social Isolation

We also know social isolation is a real risk. Please reach out to friends or family by phone or online. I encourage you to embrace online Seniors activities which can be found here:

Seniors Card and Tech Savvy Seniors

Make the most of your NSW Seniors Card and its 7,500 deal and discount providers, including groceries and energy bill savings. See here: www.seniorscard.nsw.gov.au or call 13 77 88.

You’ve embraced new technology with more than 80 percent of NSW Seniors Card holders using a computer or smartphone. But remember there’s the free Tech Savvy Seniors Program if you would like to learn more about online technology. This can open a world of online social activities and educational programs.

See here: https://www.training.nsw.gov.au/ace/tech_savvy_seniors.html or call 13 28 11.
